Refund Policy for Feedback Groups

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or the option to make up classes later if you are unable to attend a meeting.

  • If the instructor must reschedule a class, we will add another meeting onto the current session to reconcile the missed session. If you cannot make that meeting, we’ll refund the prorated tuition.

  • If the instructor has technical issues prohibiting the class from continuing, we will add another meeting to make up for the missed class. If you’re unable to attend, we’ll refund the prorated amount for that meeting.

  •  If you have technical difficulties or internet issues, we won’t refund you for missing that session. We suggest logging into Zoom early to make sure you can join. Roxan opens the Zoom room 15 minutes before the meeting and can assist you via phone with any issues. We can’t help you with technical difficulties once the group is in session.

  • If asked to leave the class because you have violated the group guidelines, we weill refund the prorated tuition minus a administration $100 fee. 

  • You are guaranteed your space in the Feedback Group and get priority registration for the following sessions. However, if you choose to leave the group, you must join the waiting list in order to return.

  • If you must take a break from the group due to a medical issue or family emergency, we will try to fill your your space from the waiting list for the remainder of the session and give your priority to rejoin the group when you are able.  

Workshops/Retreats/Courses

  •  All sales are final. The only exception is if the instructor cancels the event.

  • If you are removed from a class because of your behavior, you will not be refunded or offered a replacement class.

  • We don’t offer refunds or the chance to make up classes for missed classes due to technical difficulties.
